Meditative walking

This workshop is perfect for anyone who spends too much time indoors or sitting down. Walking meditations will alternate with pleasant and easy physical exercises. The walking pace will be adapted to the group. No prior experience with meditation or visualization is needed, since this training will be gradual and thorough. You will be able to analize each aspect of your meditations, and the answers you uncover will help you find solutions for the various issues in your life. The physical exercises are simple, and meditations occur in silence.
We start the day indoors, practicing the various meditative techniques we will use during the walking meditations later on. Then we head to the nearby woods.
During the walk you will follow the spoken meditative and physical exercises in the way that works best for you. After about half an hour there will be a short break during which we will address any questions you may have. Then we continue with the meditative walk for another half an hour. When we finish we will return for lunch.
The afternoon starts with a written list of questions that you can answer mentally or on paper. This will help clarify your understanding of the morning's experiences. When everyone is finished writing (or thinking through) their answers, the class will discuss and share these discoveries. The afternoon will be rounded off with a final meditation.

The meditative walking workshop lasts from 10.30 AM until 3.30 PM.
It is held in a group of betweem 3 to 6 participants.
It costs € 55 per person. Lunch and all materials are included.
